About Lotus STEM

Lotus STEMM is my initiative to create a networking and leadership platform for South Asian women in STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math and Medicine) fields, especially in the Diaspora. The aim of Lotus STEMM is not only to provide support for women already in the field, but also to encourage young South Asian girls to pursue STEMM for the right reasons, while also bringing their parents along on the journey.
